What it is used for, which part has the problem, and at what time of day. If you have several sites, list them with their towns — the first thing we will tell you is which ones we can cover properly.

If you can smell gas
Do not use this form and do not wait for us. Get everybody out of the building, then call the gas utility from outside. Once the supply has been shut off, only the utility should turn it back on.
